Return & Refund Policy

At LEXIV TRENDS, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. This Return and Refund Policy has been framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e-commerce guidelines issued by the Government of India.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following circumstances:
• You received a defective, damaged, or expired product.
• The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
• The product has missing parts/accessories as advertised.

Note: Certain products such as perishable goods, personal care items, and hygiene products (e.g., earphones, innerwear, skincare) are non-returnable once opened, unless found defective or damaged.


2. Conditions for Returns
• The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.
• For electronic items, customers must provide unboxing video proof to support the claim.


3. Refund Process
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer/Credit Card/Debit Card/Wallet).
• If paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), customers must provide valid bank/UPI details for processing the refund.


4. Replacement/Exchange
• If the product is available in stock, we will offer a replacement or exchange instead of refund, based on your preference.
• In case the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.


5. Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a seller’s error (defective/damaged/incorrect item), return shipping will be borne by us.
• If the return is due to customer’s choice (wrong size, no longer needed, etc.), shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.


6. Exemptions

No return/refund will be accepted if:
• The request is raised after 3 days from delivery.
• The product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• The product falls under non-returnable categories mentioned above.


7. Customer Rights

This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Customers retain the right to:
• Raise complaints with the Consumer Helpline (1915) or file a grievance with the Consumer Forum, if their issue remains unresolved.
