Returns
1.1 Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
1.2 Non-returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
- Final sale or clearance items
1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lexivtrends.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions and the return address. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds
2.1 Refund Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank—there is often some processing time
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@lexivtrends.com.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
